# What is in the catalog

Reviewed songs from working writers, held back for the right room

## The songs

Every song in the catalog was reviewed against the same six things I listen for: the title, the intro, the story and lyrics, the melody and top line, the chords and arrangement, and the commercial value. Nothing lands in here by uploading it.

They are unreleased and held back on purpose. Most come with a demo or a finished master, lyrics, writer credits, and clean publishing information, so you can see what you are dealing with before you take it anywhere.

## The genres

This is Nashville, so the weight of the catalog sits in country and Christian. Traditional and contemporary country, Americana, worship, and pop-leaning country crossovers.

There is also material outside those lanes. Pop, singer-songwriter, and roots songs that fit sync work, where a clear lyric and an uncluttered arrangement matter more than the format.

## Who it is for

Artists looking for outside songs, A and R, publishers, managers, producers, and music supervisors placing songs in film, TV, advertising, and games. If you are looking for something specific for a project, tell me and I will point you at what fits rather than making you dig.

## How to get in

Access is by request and I review every request myself. The industry page explains how that works, what approved access includes, and how long it takes.

Honest song reviews and real Nashville pitching. Keith Mohr listens to and reviews every song himself.
